Youth Nationals

Robbie Gallon shot a fantastic 590 to place 4th in his age group and followed this with brilliant final of 104.6 to tale 2nd place overall. Austin battled a raging heart beat to place 9th in his age group while Matthew finished 3rd in the same group. Air Rifle produced more of the same with Alyce Devlin posting fine 382 to win her age group, Matthew struggled to place 5th in his age group. Unfortunately Tamsyn posted a DNF due a rifle malfunction.

Oceania Championships

Matthew Smith took out the Junior 50mtr Prone with a personal best score of 586 to be Oceania Junior Champion.

Tamsyn returned home with a Silver medal from the Air Rifle teams event.

Australia Cup Final

Tamsyn, Natalie and Bradley were invited to and contested the Australia Cup Final in Sydney....all three picked up gongs, well done to all

Australia Cup 4

Tamsyn, Natalie and Bradley ventured to the city of churches for Australia Cup 4, Tamsyn managed to round out her weekend with a 386 and 4th place whilst Bradley and Natalia won their respective events on Sunday

Australia Cup 3

Cliff, Tamsyn, Robbie, Alyce, Matthew, Lloyd,Austin, Natalie and Bradley rubbed shoulders with Australia's best at last weekends Australia Cup 3 at Belmont. Alyce had a great competition posting a PB of 374 on the 1st day of ladies Air only to follow it with an outstanding 381 on the second day! Austin racked up a huge PB of 565 on the second day in the Mens Prone match and Matthew was one point off his PB on the first day of the prone event. Well done all.

QTS plans regular weekend shoots

Queensland Target Sports plans to conduct regular fortnightly competitions open to any TRA/QTS members at Belmont. The first of which will be conducted on Sunday the 22nd of May. There will be a 60 shot Air Rifle Match and 60 shot 50 Mtr event. These will be handicap events not graded. Cost to enter will be $10.00
